Heat Sealing
Guaranteed waterproofing: the power of heat sealing in every seam. To ensure total water protection in our waterproof garments, we apply meticulous heat sealing to every seam. This is achieved using a special 22 mm tape with heat-sensitive adhesive, which creates a strong and durable bond. With a minimum thickness of 0.35 mm, this advanced technique guarantees flexibility and comfort without sacrificing waterproofing. Our rigorous process considers six critical variables—the date of manufacture of the tape, the fabric on which we are going to apply the process, the temperature, air pressure, feed speed, and pressure exerted by the rollers on the seam—to ensure a flawless result on every garment.
Waterproof Zippers
YKK Aquaguard zippers: waterproof and lightweight. Our waterproof garments feature YKK's Aquaguard technology, which offers excellent water resistance thanks to its polyurethane film and DWR treatment. This smart design eliminates the need for flaps, resulting in lighter, easier-to-wear garments.
